Please, e-mail us the document you need translated in one of the following formats: WORD, PDF or EXCEL.  We will acknowledge your request and provide you with a competitive quote.

Repeat customers may pay within 30 days of invoicing by cheque, direct deposit, e-Transfer or Paypal.  If you are a one-time customer, we require payment before starting the translation.

We strive to translate and deliver documents to you as quickly as possible but never to the detriment of quality.  Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.  Personal documents (Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, etc.) are generally translated within 24-48hrs. 

Weekend translations are also available in case of emergency.
